IC intern
Responsibilities

We are currently looking for an intern / Management Trainee to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for students who have strong interest in capital markets to gain working experience in a fast-growing company. Successful candidates will be working closely with our IC Team in Hong Kong, assisting the team with duties including but not limited to:

• Compose investment related video;

• Prepare daily commentary, covering macroeconomics, FX, equity and bond markets;

• Summarize investment banking reports of various asset classes, highlight main themes and key investment ideas of the reports;

• Attend investment seminar and prepare key takeaways of the conference.



Requirements

• Postgraduate degree with solid finance / investment knowledge;

• Experience in composing short video; 

• Should be available for the internship of at least 3 months, preferred up to 6 months; 

• Capable to work 4-5 days a week;

• Good performer will be retained for permanent position;

• Mature, detail-oriented, self-motivated, committed team player; 

• Good analytical and logic mindset, multi-tasking and communication skills; 

• Native Mandarin speaking with good English skills.

Finance Intern
Responsibilities

• Assist in daily financial operations and processes, such as accounting processing, invoice management, and expense record keeping.

• Support the preparation and analysis of financial reports, including monthly financial statements and forecast reports.

• Assist in budgeting, helping to collect and organize relevant data.

• Assist the finance team in expense analysis.

• Assist in financial risk management and compliance reviews to ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations.

• Assist in organizing, archiving, and filing financial documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness, and classifying and storing them according to prescribed procedures.

• Assist in managing the electronic document system to ensure document security and ease of access.

• Assist in document cleaning and archive management to ensure orderly and tidy files.



Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, accounting, finance, or a related field (currently enrolled or graduating soon)

• Strong foundation in finance and accounting knowledge, familiar with financial statements and financial analysis methods.

• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills, capable of handling and interpreting complex financial data.

• Proficient in using Office and financial software (such as Excel, Kingdee, etc.) for data processing and analysis.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of accurately handling and organizing files.

• Strong teamwork and time management skills.

• Strong interest and enthusiasm for the finance industry and field.

• Good English communication and writing skills, capable of understanding and drafting financial documents and reports.
